Questions before you get in touch
Do I need to choose a design before I contact you?
No. Tell us what you want to change and what you have in mind, and we design your villa with you. Photos are optional.
I have a design from another designer. Can you carry it out?
Yes. Send it to us, and we go through it with you against your villa's measurements before work starts.
How do you choose the details with me?
We choose the style, colours, materials and lighting with you as part of the design. We bring you samples so you can see them as you choose, then we write their type and grade in the contract.
How do I know the cost and how long it will take?
Both depend on the design, the materials, and the number and size of the spaces. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price, and we write the duration in the contract.
I have a date I need the work finished by. Is that possible?
We book projects in order, because one team from the company follows each project through to handover. Tell us your target date, and we will check whether your project can fit into the work schedule.
Do you design the whole villa, or only parts of it?
Both. The whole villa, or some spaces such as the entrance, majlis, kitchen and bedrooms. Tell us what you need, and we design them to match and plan the work with you.
Did you complete the villa work shown here?
Yes, these are villa interiors completed by our team.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes, across the UAE. Tell us your area.
Start with a conversation about your villa
We get to know your villa and what you want, then agree the next step with you.
What do we talk about in the first conversation?
What you want to change in your villa, and what matters most to you:
- Layout of the spaces
- Hosting guests
- Storage
- Lighting
We set the priorities with you, and explain what needs a site visit before we suggest a solution.
You don't need to choose a design or send photos. If you like, send a photo of your current villa or a design you liked.
