This website belongs to Almashhad Sky Technical Services. It shows our services and design ideas, and you can contact us through it. No sales, payments or contract signing take place through the website.
Images and designs
The images of design ideas are visualisations, not finished projects. If we add photos of real work, we make that clear in a separate section.
The design for your project depends on the measurements and the materials you choose. Colours and lighting may look different from your screen.
The work, the price and the duration
We agree the work, materials, price and duration after measuring. The details written in the contract are the reference.
The price is fixed for the agreed work. Any change you agree with us is written down, with the price difference, before it is done.
The general information on this website does not replace the quote and the contract for your project.
Payments and warranty
Payments are in stages written in the contract. The last payment comes after the work is checked against the agreed design.
The warranty on workmanship and installation is one year, under the terms of the contract. We explain what it covers and what it does not before we agree.
Misuse, changes to the work by another party, or causes outside our responsibility may not be covered by the warranty, as per the contract.
Use of images and text
Do not copy the website's images or text, or use them commercially, without permission. Names and trademarks of other parties belong to their owners.
Use of the designs made for your project is set by our written agreements with you.
External links
When you move to WhatsApp or other services, their own terms and policies apply.
Responsibility and the contract
The company's responsibility for the work and handover is set by the signed contracts and the law. We do not confirm project details or a final price from browsing the website alone.
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. The Dubai courts have jurisdiction unless the contract says otherwise.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms and put the date of the update here. Earlier contracts stay as agreed in them.
