Questions before you get in touch
Do I need to choose a design before I contact you?
No. Tell us what you want to change or set up in your reception, and we design it with you. Photos are optional.
I have a design from another designer. Can you build it?
Yes. Send it to us, and we review it with you against your space's measurements before work starts.
How do you choose the details with me?
We choose the materials, colours, lighting, desk shape and waiting area with you as part of the design. We bring you samples so you can see them before you choose, then we write their type and grade in the contract.
How do I know the cost and the timeline?
Both depend on the size of the desk, the design and the materials, and on what the reception includes, such as a waiting area and lighting. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price, and we write the duration in the contract.
I have an opening date the reception must be ready by. Is that possible?
We book projects in order, because one company team follows each project through to handover. Tell us your target date, and we will check whether your project can fit into our work schedule.
Do you also design receptions for salons and clinics?
