At handover
When the work is finished, a team from our sister cleaning company, part of the Almashhad Sky group, gives your home a deep clean.
During the work
- We cover the floors and corridors from your front door to the work areas before we start.
- We separate the work area from the rest of the home with a barrier that limits dust.
- We take the waste out as we go, in sealed bags.
- We tidy and clean the work area at the end of each day.
- We work at times agreed with you in advance.
The warranty is written in the contract

Workmanship and installationA full one-year warranty, written in your contract.
- We agree the design and details with you before work starts, and review the result with you at handover.

Questions before you get in touch
Do I need to choose a design before I contact you?
No. Tell us what you want to change and what you picture, and we design your home with you. Photos are optional.
I have a design from another designer. Can you build it?
Yes. Send it to us, and we review it with you against your home's measurements before work starts.
How do you choose the details with me?
We choose the materials, colours and lighting with you as part of the design. We bring you samples so you can see them before you choose, then we write their type and grade in the contract.
How do I know the cost and the timeline?
Both depend on the design, the materials, and the number and size of the rooms. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price, and we write the duration in the contract.
I have a date I need the home ready by. Is that possible?
We book projects in order, because one company team follows each project through to handover. Tell us your target date, and we will check whether your project can fit into our work schedule.
Do you design more than one room in one project?
Yes, the whole home or just the rooms you want to change. Tell us what you need, and we design them to work together and plan the work with you.
Are the homes and apartments shown your own work?
Yes, these are homes and apartments completed by our team.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes, across all the Emirates. Tell us your area.
